Dynasty Day Dinner
In the presence of H. E. Ambassador of Belgium

Forty-five guests attended our Dynasty dinner in the presence of our Ambassador. Besides celebrating this King's Day, it was the occasion for Mr Frank Carruet to introduce and officially appoint Pierre Van Osselaer, our new Honorary Consul of Belgium for Western Australia.
Real Belgian food was served, thanks to Todd, the wonderful chef of the J. B. O'Reilly's Tavern: Witloof "au gratin", a choice of moules marinières, fish "waterzooi" or steak "béarnaise"... and the cherry on the cake was the dessert: a chocolate mousse made with Belgian chocolate "Callebaut"
